Depends on your majority drive in which condition. If is mostly city and highway then i20 would prove better. But roads are broken and you prefer safety rather than practicality and refinement then Punch.
Go for Toyota glanza V model. Which includes all necessary features like 360 degree camera , Tinted glass, 3 Rear seat head rest with large leg room . Best VFM family car including fuel efficient than expensive i20 asta variant. I am the owner of glanza for 2 months.

You can't go wrong with the i20. just that the ground clearance would be less in comparison with the other 2. but instead you can put some money go for the asta. The venue would be slower and so would be the Fronx in comparison with the i20. if ground clearance is not your priority, go with the HONDA AMAZE. There is an ongoing discount and a fully loaded one automatic would cost you around 11 lakhs or less.
But then I went for the venue for 2 reasons 1) the comfort when you drive the venue, it feels awesome 2) the road presence, it is a head turner for sure

Ivt has really bad mileage compared to manual. I would suggest manual. I own ivt fyi.
