I really appreciate your transcription efforts. Very clear and accurate. One question though: in measure 46 you use half-note triplets. In the rhythmically identical measure 49 you use two tied quarter-nore triplets in the middle which I find less readable. I wonder if there is any specific reason for this notation choice?

Yes, they mean the same thing, yet I somehow looked right over this before publishing.
