This episode will always be a favourite childhood memory of mine ^^ mainly because it shows all the old sweets and snacks you use to get in the corner shops back then. I go to the supermarket now and most brands have either been defunct or they no longer make certain flavours and have been replaced with reduced fruit n’ nut flavoured cr@p XD Most people say to me that it’s the same recipe they’ve been using for years but personally I don’t see it. even the likes of McDonald’s don’t really taste the same as they use to. I might just be that I’ve eaten there every Friday as a kid that I’m bored of the taste? not sure but I honestly think everything’s been reduced both in size, taste, and the price has gone up XD I mean this episode came out during the Credit crunch/Great Recession whatever and most snacks were still the bomb ^^
RIP Barry, so sad we will never have another Chuckle Brothers or Chucklevision episode, I know it stopped in 2009 on TV but they still did tours and their channel 5 show :(
