Agent venom in a deathless destroy deck might be crazy if you could hit deadpool, hulkbuster, wolverine, carnage,x-23, venom, knull. Even if you hit half of these would be great.
It comes a bit late for destroy IMO, but I haven't done the math
@@simonb4689 Turn 2 is perfectly fine. I mean any faster would be turn 1. When you consider the base power of all Destroy cards the only ones that would be negatively affected would be Death, Deadlock, Sabertooth, Nimrod, Attuma, and Destroyer.
But everything else? X-23, Deadpool, Carnage, Wolverine, etc up to Knull and Zola all benefit from that 4 power change.
That said? Destroy has very little flex spot cards. Playing Agent Venom on 2 in a Destroy deck just makes him a backup plan to if you didn't get the right cards but at the same time the very existence of Agent Venom being in your deck also means you're that much more likely to not draw the card you did want.
Drawing Agent Venom to play on 2 wouldn't be bad but that Agent Venom could have also been that Deadpool you wanted to play to begin with.
So although I don't think he comes out too late for Destroy, I also don't see him doing much for it.

It unlocks so many lines for Destroy it's crazy.

Im not sure. I feel like he's very interesting but i definitely think he's very limted in the deck ls that he can be in. Like on going or even c4. Honestly i might skip this season. I don't care about venom and carnage variants, there's no emote and i don't see Agent venom being useful for me

I think he's going to be solid in bounce, surfer, and his own deck much like Mr. Negative.
I said from the beginning and i stand by it, that Agent Venom is beyond "cracked", a good question would be, "how long will it take for it to be nerfed?", my guess like in a month it will be like 3 cost 4 power, or 2 cost 3 power and set power to 3.
That'd be a MASSIVE nerf, since Lady Deathstrike would be able to destroy any card in the deck now unless it is buffed.
Any example of how he's "cracked"?
Setting power to 3 would be a huge boost for C3

Good choice. Symbiote SM fell flat didn’t see it once all season in Alex Coccias top 10 weekly lists. Could have saved $10 easily.
He also seems good in a bounce deck, only beast loose 1 power and your 1 costs can scale even more

Zoo Wee Mama! Any season pass card is a welcome addition. They always make it desirable so that people want to buy it. If it fails to meet expectations, then they buff it real soon. The resources alone are worth the price.
Buff this how? Set it to five?? Make it a one cost? Nah
People saying he is bad are delirious. Some of the highest power cards in the game are 0 and 1 power cards with scaling traits or powerful on reveals. Giving them a head start with 4 power raises their ceiling.
My namora sage list might work with this card, sure you might hit odin or namora but namora only loses 2 power but everything else gains alot
I don't want him. But this variants are so good for Venom and Carnage. So it's another BP i will get
Honestly agent venoms counters aren’t even that bad not drawing cards kills any deck that aint specific lol
Crazy in like classic and 1-cost focused bounce decks, strong synergy with Surfer, Cerebro, Patriot. Wouldnt even be that bad in Destroy (but unlikely to make it much better). I am really excited to see all the different deck brews that will try to utilize him.

Great video! I can't see why Agent Venom is not flexible. It can fit in a wide variety of cheap shells. Surfer, Zoo, Bounce, M.Negative, cerebro, even possibly destroy! Sounds good to me 😊
People really think that this is a card only for C4 or zoo? This is the ultimate turn 2 bounce card. Imagine a Hood, mysterio, sage, Silver Sable, Toxin (in the future) drawn at 4 Power are simply insane, even mid cards like WW or hitmonkey are still buffed. This card is nuts
I have a good Idea to play this. You would add cards to the deck which also allow you to draw cards into your hand so, you would also use a buffer for your hand cards. Regardless these decks probably wont make high numbers. Ironheart probably should also be in the deck to get good power it will be a 10 power card for 3 cost with the agent venom. You would probably ultimately play a deck which blocks out the enemies fields
As an avid Bast player, idk how this one could possibly flop. It also might be the first card to make c4 playable 😂

Diary of a free Player, since this month is about done time to recap. The month showed me less love, since reaching infinite now twice, the game has robbed me the ability of getting some of the new cards even after weekly putting two Key cards per new card with only one Araña to report off, hoping to save more keys to get those 1-2 new cards we free players get and are able to get (would love to watch a video of your understanding on how the algorithm works when it comes to blowing up keys).
Once I had the bad luck to get tokens while cashing my keys, planning to sacrifice a month of not cashing keys as it is getting sad. Hoping to get your view on these subjects, and even willing to join in a video to get some fans to show up and help provide to the community from the eyes of a free player.
Definitely save up 4 spotlight keys/caches before opening in case you don't get the new card in 1 or 2!

This card is BAD and almost completely useless... Very easy to SKIP this season
1`He is very limited in the decks that can be.
2. His ability is an ON reveal.
3. He is bad as late drops
4. ZOO can make use of him... but why play him in the first place in a deck that can output 12+ power per card
5. this is so SLOW
Completely useless loll casual comment. He's solid in many decks. Iron/thena/sage etc all benefit
