I'm currently reading this book and I'm utterly fascinated by the how its genre transcending nature. Historical fiction, contemporary and scifi? I'm hooked. Saw it in the store on and decided our of curiosity to read the first paragraph and I couldn't stop reading it, had to buy it.

Thanks for the review I’ve been umming and ahhring but it’s definitely on my tbr now, I’m currently reading a new author for me a debut from Simon mason, a killing in November, early days but I’m loving it so far.
I'm one of those people who hasn't read Station Eleven yet....its been on my tbr for ages, so hopefully soon. I think I will read that one first and then this one as it does sound interesting. I finished Black Cake last week and though I enjoyed it, I didn't love it as much as I had hoped. 😊
If I had to pick between S-11 and this one, I would start with S-11 to be honest! Interesting to hear your thoughts on Black Cake. I really enjoyed it! Happy Friday, Corina.

I just started this! So far I'm struggling to really connect with the story. Thinking I'll get the audiobook.
