@@ImBlisty I mean technically you’re right but Yankees won a huge chunk of those WS were won right at the beginning of the Live Ball era where baseball had like half the teams that didn’t even compete and were just there to fill the standings. The Yankees were basically competing against 4 or 5 other “legit” organizations.
@Neil Alderman Eh I understand what you're saying but even if you take that into consideration and only look at the timeline from 1961 when they expanded to 30 teams the Yankees still have 7 world series rings more then any other team in that time period so even by that logic they are still the best team by success. I'm not a Yankees fan either I'm actually a Reds fan born and raised so no biases here I just recognize that they are the most successful which is part of why baseball is so fucked up 9/10 only the rich blood win rings and it kinda sucks.
Go reds
Ethan Gravelle this series broke my heart... that was our chance at the World Series
+Sam McGohon I was really hoping to see a reds and tigers world series that year.
@@Crept14 I picked the reds and tigers that year (battle of the Sparky Anderson teams)
@@kentuckyman21 Only took 7 years to get back to postseason, only to not score in 22 innings. Being a reds fan is hard lol
Giants best ever
Well technically the Yankees are the best ever with 27 world series wins lul I had to look that up.
They're trash now
