Our ambition should always be about helping humankind in one way or other and do it for yourself - it tunes you to look beyond your own trauma , Fills gratitude in you - I have battled severe mental heath issues in past 3 years - and have started practicing meditation every single day - cant emphasize how much it has been helping me - and I do work in the ill-named consulting cut throat industry have other set of responsibilities . I am at teh onset of my spiritual journey and totally loving it !!🙏
