I think ocean drake actually visually changes the rift the most. The whole rift is darker and it's also raining and you can even see that on the floor especially in the base. My favourite rift to play on it just has a diferent but nice feel.
Baron is weak. It should never be able to be solo'ed or duo'ed easily killed by 21 minutes just because certain champions have lifesteal and attack speed.
