This is an awesome question as I've been asked a handful of questions that I will be doing a video to cover, but this will be an additional question. Easily as no smart phone is required. You would need a computer of course to order, and look up the kit you ordered. pinter.com/collections/fresh-beer/products/sour-beer This link is an example of the next kit I will cover in a video starting tomorrow. It shows that "Brewing" which they mean "Fermentation" is 7 days recommended and "conditioning" aka cold crashing is 5 days recommended. It also shows the "Carbonation dial setting of a "5". The app on a Smart Phone simply has some nice walk through and scheduling parts to help guide you through the process and doesn't connect to The Pinter in any way as The Pinter is 100% just a fermenter and beer serving device with a lot of cool seals, valves, and some mechanical parts like the tap and no electronics. As for cleaning you could refer to my original video and one I am releasing today called Cleaning 2.0 for the Pinter. It covers a few extra items to clean after your first batch.
How do I use this device and NO smart phone?
