Mohanlal is not acting, he just behaves like the character.
But mammootty is not acting. He live like the character between action and cut.
Bharadwaj sir is true admirer of Mohanlal works...i watch a content of film companion its about "Longetivity of Mohanlal"...
In all perspective he is an actor with immense talent!!An allrounder in acting rather i will say!!
Mammootty is another brilliant actor who uses versatile mannerisms for all characters thats truly amazing....
When i watch most of the movies of them the characters played by mammootty is like a third person...when characters emotions comes into play...i will feel another person who is infront of me acting through the character....
When Mohanlal acts its like me who playing the role and the emotions put forward by mohanlal is same as the one who watching the movie...in a first person perspective...
But both of them plays the roles swap also...like incase of Mohanlal when i see Thanmathra,Pranayam,Iruvar,Padamudra,Rajashilpy etc. Its like i just hiddenly looking at the someones life....Also incase of Mammoottys Valsalyam,Thaniyavarthanam etc. I just transform into the person who is playing...
Both of them truly amazing....
Its like two poles...both of them are different league....
-Effortness in mohanlal acting,Versatality in mammoottys acting thats what i felt....
Both are great n incomparable.. Mammotty is width and Mohanlal is depth.. Mammoty alters physically n Mohanlal transforms mentally...

Like Narcotics is a dirty business n hitting at the chest of that police officer...But the best dialogue ever said by Mohanlal in his career is എന്റെ കണക്കിൽ വെട്ടിന്റെ എണ്ണം അല്ല ആഴമാണ് പ്രധാനം.. This dialogue portraits what mohanlal is.. This is an absolute tribute to the actor Mohanlal .. He goes deep n deep n deep into the mental state of character
@@andrewshal5472 while reading your comment i just remembered the intro scene in villain. Where Mohanlal asks the officer are you sure i am not mad. That scene was so lit🔥. I could see his character struggling to not loose his mental state in his eyes.

Theres some loopends in the movie and not that much satisfaction in the script...b unnikrishnan was decently shot...but the editing was dissapointing!!

Mohanlal simply behaves infront of the camera while Mammootty performs.Both of them are very natural and effortless. A very unfortunate thing happened in recent past is that after that makover Mohanlal did for Odiyan his face is changed, it becomes more stiff, now the expressions are not flowing like before . We all badly miss that vintage mohanlal .
Yeah earlier the expressions just flows immensely like so easy that people can't believe he is acting. Now his face is more stiff after odiyan but nothing is permanent he's regaining his old self slowly. I guess in Drishaym 2 we can see that Mohanlal and his easiness in acting.

mohanlal is not acting. just behaving only. no matter what is the character, and what are the roles. he just behave as like mohanlal.
To know about Mohanlal more, you need to watch more movies. He is not a method actor, he is a natural actor. You can't just decide watching 5-6 movies

While considering the acting Mammootty is the best.. he can do any kind of role. But mohanlal cannot do all kind of role
I respect mammootty a lot but mammootty doesn't stand a chance against mohanlal. You can see mammootty taking effort in many roles. While mohanlal does it effortlessly.
Seems like you are blind.there is no doubt Mammooty is a great actor but he cannot do all type of roles. romance,comedy,dance didn't work for him.but mohanlal can take that roles easily.mohanlal is a born actor and Mammooty is hardworking on his roles to make it better.
@@sharonsanthosh6052 Recently he has done well with comedy with movies like rajamanikyan and the raja series infact I'd say recently he's been better than Mohanlal when it comes to comedy. But overall Mohanlal is obviously better when it comes to comedy.

In rajamaikyam mamotty don't do any comedy but his parasala slang was well used in a comic mode
