hi Steve, I just had APM Dec 2023 sitting this morning, i don't think i've wrote down enough ideas for a pass. Q1: ZBB, kaizen bugeting and costing (totally choked) Q2: value chain analysis Q3: balance scorecard
@@SteveWillisACCA I used all the exam techniques from your videos, hopefully I locked down most of the professional marks. But I completely blanked out on budgeting and costing parts.
Thank you Steve. But i wat to say something, The most difficult part of this question is identifying the relevant information from the scenario. I cant believe that more than 50% of the information in the last appendix is not relevant to any of the requirements. Disaster. Interms of the time we waste in thinking and making connections. I am not so happy with how this question was produced. Also, in some examiner comments, the use of all information was flagged.
I’ve passed ACCA many years ago and still remember your remarkable tuition and clear lectures (minimum words / maximum value) 👍🏻🙏🏻

Yes. Out for a couple of years now--make sure you have an up-to-date revision kit.
