It was explained very poorly, but in the end cutscene, you actually use recall with Sonia on Zelda to get her back to normal.

I know it's old but, you should try the ori duo sometime, either on or off-screen

Youre gonna be so mad. If you had done more with Robbie, you wouldve gotten markers that you can TELEPORT to. You couldve placed one right before the finale, and left to regen your hearts from gloom and come back.
