Rajiv, I think if you've missed this but at the top of those IT related roles, it says these are not recommended to be included in ISL as their median salary is anyways more than £37,800. Could you review that once again?
What is the meaning when they say - Occupations not recommended for the ISL as they are on a national pay scale.
It means that certain occupations are not recommended for the Intra-Company Transfer route because they adhere to a national pay scale, which may not align with the requirements or flexibility of the ISL (Intra-Company Sponsorship License) program.
