I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in the Czech Republic with your friend. It is always such a pleasure for us to hear that visitors from all around the world are astonished by Prague's architecture and the general atmosphere of the city. Also greatful for you mentioning the Museum of Communism as one of the highlights of your trip. It feels to me that here in the UK, most people have no idea about the communist ideology and how it was tearing apart our country and spoiling lives of our parents and grandparents. Thank you for raising awareness, communism and collectivist ideologies are a threat to all of us no matter where you are in the world. :)

Hi Molly, for me - a Czech girl and a looong time subscriber - this was such a nice vlog to watch! ♥ I’m so happy you enjoyed your time in Prague. I lived there for about two years and tbh the city wasn’t a good fit for me and I was happy to get out haha. But the Old Town is just magical and it brings me such pride that we have such a beautiful capital. 🤩
I really recommend free walking tours when you go on city breaks! Pretty much every city has one and they're usually done by locals. You decide how much you tip at the end depending on how much you enjoy it. Great for finding out about local history and putting things into context 😊

Just rewatching this after I’ve started planning my trip here in June. What transport did you use to get from the airport to city centre? I’ve seen there’s a couple train options. Was it easy? Xxx
So I went with my mam and grandparents when I was about 14 they where trying to be all cultured and do proper stuff all I wanted to do was go to the bridge where linken parks numb was filmed.. we got there and not going to lie I stopped, stood in my linken park t-shirt, cried then kissed the bridge.. and just stuttered to my mam that Chester had walked on this very bridge 😂😂 for context I'm now 30 and as embarrassing as it is I'm glad I did it as I'm still a massive fan ♥️
About £50 a day but we could definitely have done it cheaper, we were shopping a fair bit too and the museums weren’t free so depends what you want to do!! You could deffo do it on £25/30 I’d say
If you're interested there's a good memoir that gets into the history of communism in the Czech Republic. It's called Under A Cruel Star by Heda Margolius Kovaly.
Haha. Yeah I went to the sex machines museum in Prague when I went there on a hen weekend about 15 years ago. I could not stop laughing the whole time 😂
I’m from Wroclaw originally, super similar to Prague (but bigger and we have 100 bridges 😂)- you’d love it there! you both had super pretty outfits all trip and it looked like a grey time! xx
