    Today we will learn how to make Dum Aloo very easily,or Kashmiri Dum Potato Recipe.You can also make the recipe that we will make today in the cooker,This recipe will be in dhaba style and will be a little spicy,And in this recipe we will use peas you can say it aloo matar curry,And it will becompletely like restaurant style teast.This aloo matar sabji you can eat puri parota and rice.
    Ingredients for dum aloo -
    Aloo- 4 (pieces)
    Oil-50g
    Onion- 3(chopped)
    Ginger garlic -2 (peast)
    Tomato- 2(chopped)
    Cashew nut -10g(peast)
    Spices:
    Chili powder-2 tsp
    Tarmaric powder-2tsp
    Garam masala-2tsp
    Cumin powder-2tsp
    Coriander powder-2tsp
    Salt-3tsp
    Bay leaves-1 (pieces)
    Cinnamon-2 (pieces)
    Cardamom-3 (pieces)
    Cloves-4 (pieces)
    Process-
    1)First you have to put oil in a pan then fry all the spices well.
    2)Then add onion, ginger, garlic paste and tomatoes and cook well for 10 to 15 minutes.So that the oil comes out of all the spices.
    3)Then you have to put potatoes in itAnd after cooking for a while, add one cup of water in it.
    4)And You have to cook 10-15 min in low flame.
    5)And then add cashew nut paste,garam masala & coriander leaves (chopped)
    6) Ready & Enjoy
