My first thought was that the lady mentioned to either her daughter or friends that she sold her high-end belongings. Then they said she was crazy for selling at such a cheap price, so she panicked and asked for everything back.

Well I don’t know if I totally believe the seller or not. Didn’t she go through everything to give you a price. At that moment she should’ve said, “oh that’s my daughters. I can’t sell that item or that item”. She experienced seller’s remorse and may have not been honest to get those items back. I don’t recall it being multiple sizes in the closet.
