  • The OECD Young Associates Programme is a two-year programme for recent undergraduates. It offers a significant first professional experience in multilateral public policy development, research, and analysis.
The aim of this exciting cutting-edge OECD programme is to prepare outstanding undergraduates for their future postgraduate studies at top-ranked schools and universities. As such, applicants must clearly articulate how motivated they are to use this OECD experience to pursue a Master’s degree or a PhD following completion of the Young Associates Programme (YAP).
A key component of the Young Associates Programme is mentorship. During their two-year work at the OECD, the young associates are closely mentored by their managers. Mentors are selected on the basis of their professional experience, policy expertise, and ability to work with, challenge, and develop young talented individuals.

    ABOUT THE OECD
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is an international organisation established in 1960 that works collaboratively to build better policies for better lives. Our goal is to shape policies that foster prosperity, equality, opportunity, and well-being for all. Together with governments, policy makers, policy shapers, and citizens, we work on establishing evidence-based international standards and finding solutions to a range of social, economic, and environmental challenges.
From improving economic performance and creating jobs to fostering strong education and fighting international tax evasion, we provide a unique forum and knowledge hub for data and analysis, exchange of experiences, best-practice sharing, and advice on public policies and international standard-setting.
The OECD is based in Paris, France. To learn more about the OECD and how we shape better policies for better lives, go to www.oecd.org/a.... And to keep up with latest at the OECD, visit www.oecd.org/.
