1. Yes, original copy of all attested documents must required. 2. It depends how soon you get medical and fingerprint dates after reaching out to uae. Uae government give all new immigrant 2 months of time to complete all the process, however normally it takes 20 days to complete. 3. Not all but some of them open on Saturday
How can yo usupport your parents, what is different from the family visa that you explain. Tell us visa for parents, eg if you want to bring your mother to live with you.

No, there is no need to go to the embassy for visa stamping. You just have to visit UAE embassy in Pakistan before apply for visa for all documents attestation that is defined.

No extra charge required, you already have EID. It will just renew with new sponsor
