The majority of the Hobaovehicles are excellent for club racing and bashing! You just get so much for your $ especially when you go with the 80% rollers! So happy to see Hobao vehicles on your channel Vas!!
Those holes in the chassis are not for the nitro engine. The nitro chassis has very different cutouts. The holes are actually for the optional alu motor heat sink part 11313. The little black plastic circular bits at the start of the video are part 11229 which go between the hinge pins and the pills for the hinge pin holders. Great overview!!
After my 410.3...this is my go to truck for pure bashing fun. Super tough and durable. Bought mine 80% roller. And yes tires arent that great but overall a very solid and dependable truck! Glad you got them Vas! Enjoyed your vids as always. Keep it up!!!

Awesome you will notice that this truck and your HoBao/OFNA Hyper 10TT and the Hyper 10SC are almost exactly the same. Just the Chassis and the other needed bits is a little longer on the 10SC. Other then that and the other basics like wheels and tires, bumpers and body everything else is the same like diffs and all the other parts. This truck and the Hyper 10TT are very durable trucks. The only really weak spot is the front CVDs. The shafts tend to bend fairly easy look at STRC for hardened drive shafts ( www.teamstrc.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=155_47&product_id=740)

vas, not sure anyone's asked but are parts (obviously not all) compatiable between this and the nexx 10sc? i have found one as a roller with some spares for $100!!!!!!! but being discontinued and as your review video states spares are hard to find to buy...so can you please let me know if the parts are somewhat compatible (even if i have to do some modding or grinding) that way i can just buy parts from the hyper 10sc
Defo looks like there is or will be a nitro version if you look carefully can see the cut outs under the window stickers. Like look of the chassis but think it's one of the ugliest SCT bodies I've ever seen. Still be nice to see how it goes though!

Well, the motor in yours looks to be different the the one from TH. The one online looks like a 540 can with ribs on a 380 size... edit: Well the blue one seems to show a different motor :/

I own 2 stampedes, nitro sport,nitro rustler,hyper 10tt,sc ,skully,Losi xxxsc,xxxsb,hpi blitz,a slash Three nitro hyper 7, I’m only 12 but but I want more from a reviewer 🧐
Um it’s got aaa 4 wheels there pretty good.um it’s got............explaine the set up options,what the diffs like,is it durable,do you need to put fluid in shocks and diffs and......will it take upgrading.in it’s set up that car is only good for indoor 2s racing budget class.that same car comes alive with a bigger esc 4-6s and a motor in the 1950-2650kv class.itl be fast with a 550 can 4000kv on 3s but turns into an animal with the 2650kv on 4s 22pinion it’s a wheely monster that’s totally controllable.1/10 maybe but it was built to run nitro the car is totally unappreciated for what it will handle out the box,I feel that $500 plus for this set up plus you’re in for charger and batteries is to much for the newbie .they want to go fast out the box so instead of having to replace a esc motor and battery upgrades to get it to do what they want how about releasing the car with a 4s esc and at least a real 550 size can motor or bigger,then market it like traxxas does,70mph+ out the box with just a bigger battery

Love my roller version! I had to move battery tray all the way back, and move esc behind motor to get balanced (prevent nose diving).

Well, even if that motor turns out to be a bit small at least you have acres of room to fit a bigger one. It's a nice open chassis.
