The 06 shunter told Oliver about her work in BR Days. She was always eager to help out, shunting goods and passenger trains about for the bigger engines to take out. One day, her motor wasn't co-operating and it was discovered she had a nasty cough in her hood. She was cooped up in the shed for a few weeks, till she recovered. Eventually, she was fit as a fiddle and went back to work. "I was just as bored as you are now," she finished. "You're not alone." "Thanks, Kelly," said Oliver gratefully. "Glad you understand it's no fun feeling unwell." About a week later, Oliver returned to work feeling a lot more cheerful in himself. Toad was glad to see him, and the two worked hard giving brake van rides to children. After that, poor Thomas was struck down by a nasty cold in his own smokebox. Typical.
