Video dairy day 1, Friday 8th December 2022: introduction, humanity and I’ve forgotten what else!

I decided to start recording some video diaries, to document this moment in time and what it feels like as a woman, part way through her menopause, with a family and an alternative career trying to navigate the world without becoming overwhelmed by it.
It’s random, real and hopefully of use to others to help us step out truly as ourselves without shame of fear of judgment or prejudice.
Who knows if these are of use or not, but nothing changes if nothing changes, so here’s a few thoughts to create some ripples of change.
