When is high tide? Did the carts become an issue at night after spending time out?

Tides vary depending on the moon. You can google for a tide calendar and enter Phuket as location.
No issue with carts at all, available 24/7. I needed one myself at 5 in the morning and it took only a few minutes to pick me up

超級漂亮的環境 房間也很 寬闊對著海景 人也心曠神怡 健身室的設施和環境也很好 酒店範圍也很大 是否每一次出入也要坐電瓶車😮

You don't need to take a cart, but the hill can be steep and it's more comfortable
