I have booked through Airblue website, experience was ok but only thing which comes with all Pakistani arilines I guess is when you pay through credit card, they require the verification.

Air Blue is low cast flight can not expect much ,, but definitely they need to improve the service specially from Saudi Arabia to Pakistan

The worst airline in the world in my own experience. The way they handle lost or mishandled luggage is embarrassing. They will ask you too many questions for a lost bag over months and months that you are bound to give up any claim you might have. And why does the airline not allow any comments? Anyone's guess of course, they wouldn't want any negative comments they constantly receive for the most horrendous handling of baggage claims. From the bottom of my heart I will never wish this airline well since they don't provide compesation for lost baggage.

It really sad indeed this what they are very unfortunately. Air blue along with other airlines in Pakistan including PIA setting a lowest possible level of services.
