Love the video, and as always, your information about these different cases that are out there. You did a great job on that 3 second case. That case just jumped in value with your interior in the case. Yes, everybody is entilted to their opinions about what they like in a case, but your cases are excellently made, and the fact that it takes 14 weeks to complete says a lot about how the case is going to come out liking. By the way, thanks for showing us what the tube looks like. Keep up the great work you're doing. I can't wait until I can buy my first cue case.Just need to put enough money aside to do this.

Make sure you don't purchase the interior from Seyberts if you have the "old" case. I was told the thing were interchangeable, that it would pull out (with some light force) and pop the other one in. Nope, I pulled and pulled that old liner (because that is what the JB reps told me to do) until I would have needed a crane to pull any harder. It never came out and now I'm stuck with a jacked up interior. Once I figured out it just wasn't coming out, I called JB back and they said "oh, well you might have the older model, but that would have been 7 years ago". I bought the case three years ago, but I guess somehow got the old model. Point being make sure of what style you have before you buy this replacement interior Seyberts is selling or you will end up with a shit interior like i have.

You can send us the case to look at. If the case was purchased three years ago then it definitely has a removable interior unless you somehow got a case that they had in stock for 6-7 years. We started doing removable interiors in 2017 for the Rugged models. You can also send me images or a video and I can help you. You should never need to pull as hard as you say you did. I don't know why you would have pulled that hard once you saw that it wasn't coming out. I have many videos showing how easy it is to remove the interior and I personally would have looked it up or called for help before pulling so much that I damaged the interior.
So if you want me to help you please get in touch and we can see what can be done.

I love my JB, not a knock but i still looking for a solution to hold my longer jump cue without disassembling it or fishing it out of a main pocket?

We make pockets as long as you need them to be. But if you want to keep it in the body of the case you simply need a spacer. We sell them for $10. They require no tools to insert or remove.

can you make a 6 butt 4 shaft interior ? for a 4x8 case of yours. Also with folding pouch like the Cetec 4x8 with extension sleeves. Tall lid and ball holder too

I cannot. That tube will accept 5*10 max. Regarding any pouches we can certainly duplicate or improve on whatever any other brand has done. Most likely whatever you like about cuetec is something we already did.

Wow, what a lame way to show how your cases are better. Bashing other companies instead of explaining why your cases are good without having to have their case on your video. JB Cases = OUTDATED…Haven’t seem one top PRO with your cases or hear about how their cues were damaged by the so-called reasons you explain here. Especially all the young guys who are currently taking over the game. This was a desperate attempt…

Lol, first if JB Cases are outdated then I guess the thousands of customers getting new ones each year don't agree with you.
Secondly, why do you think that top pros use what they use? They get paid to use that equipment. No top pro is going to tell the public that their cues were damaged by a case brand that is paying them. I don't pay any pros for their endorsement. Any pros who use our cases either bought them or I decided to give them one because I like them as a fan. That's why I don't publish a list of "sponsored" players because I don't consider just giving them a case to be a sponsorship.
Lastly, if you think that paper thin dividers are better than padded compartments for protecting cues then I have to say that there are no engineers anywhere who agree with you. Whether or not any individual reports damage to their cues due to the cue parts banging against each other is not relevant to the fact that it is clear that having a cushion between sensitive parts is how all-high end gear in every profession and hobby is transported. It's simple physics to understand that force is dissipated with a cushion.
Not really sure why you felt the need to criticize me but my foundational principles about cue protection have been the same since 1991 and I have been dissecting and inspecting cases in public for that entire time.
If you care to come to my shop and run the cases through some tests with your cues and my cues then we can see how much actual trust you put in the paper-thin cavities versus the padded ones.

Also, if a pro's cue does get damaged they simply get a new cue from the sponsor for the ones that are sponsored by production makers.
Didn't know if you knew that. If your cue gets broken or damaged then you are paying to repair or replace it.
