✅ Useful about Side:
• The promenade stretches for 8 km with one small gap. Near the hotels of the Seher chain there is a bridge under which turtles live. In the evenings, look for hedgehogs on the promenade in Side.
• Sights of Side, Old Town, what to see: the Temple of Apollo (an arch on the shore), the ruins of an ancient city, an amphitheater, narrow streets and old houses, the remains of a fortress wall. The price of a sea trip is 5 euros.
• Shopping. The clothing market comes on Saturdays. NovaMall is a 10 minute drive (buses to Side run from most hotels). In the center of Side itself there is an LC Waikiki store, a Sali Pazari clothing supermarket. Buy edible souvenirs at Bim, A-101, Sok, Migros supermarkets.
