11:30 The reason why the blue guy sounds like BF is that BF looks like that from Fliqpy's perspective, Flippy turns into Fliqpy or his bad side whenever he hears anything unpleasant because he is trying to stop Fliqpy from hurting anyone since he had 2 separate forms after a war, Fliqpy is his form whenever he hears something unpleasant, Fliqpy likes to murder people since in his perspective the war is still going on, and whoever he murders feels like Fliqpy defeated a soldier from the war several years or days ago. I have never watched Happy Tree Friends but i do know the lore though, anyways back on-topic, his last form is just himself, Flippy. the tiny harmless cute guy who doesn't even hurt a fly, His only downside is that he keeps suffering to having his 2 separate forms due to the war probably several years or days before the Happy Tree Friends started.

PTSD is basically a remembrance of a horrible trauma in your life, like war, and eventually, you start going crazy. People actually almost died from people with PTSD so uh yea. Flippy has PTSD.
