Thank God you are ok. Yes a-fib is scary and yes a blood thinner will keep you from having a blood clot/stroke. My dad has been dealing with something similar and watching his heart monitor show his heart rate reach scary levels then back down is so scary. We also (something you should ask about) asked about (thanks to my sister) his thyroid levels being checked and after them fighting us on in - saying he didn’t look like he had an issue- found out his thyroid levels were way off and how he’s now on meds for that. Please ask and check into that especially if you are starting to feel low on energy or extremely hyped up and can’t sit still. Praying for you and the hands and ears of the doctors to hear you and quickly provide all the help you need ❤️

Oh Tiff, I am so glad you are doing ok. I know how you felt because I was rushed by ambulance with my heart running so fast twice already. It is the scariest thing ever because you do feel like you aren’t going to make it. You feel like you ran a marathon and once it gets under control, I would sweat like crazy!! Take care of yourself!!!

I found myself holding my breath as you and Silky described the situation. I also have “A-Fib” so I know that horrible feeling of a racing heart/etc. You were correct in saying - - “listen to your body”. That’s something, at my old age, I’m trying to do now!! Girl, you damn near had me in tears... I learned from dealing with my ex who suffered from high blood pressure and kidney failure whos potassium was extremely low, that low potassium will kill you faster than your BP. I take a potassium prescription daily cause mine was low at one point as well where my joints were locking up and fingers/toes would jump by themselves. That potassium aint no joke! I know you were scared. Especially being everything that you've been through thus far. I'm glad that you're doing better. God definitely covered you and guided you to to the emergency. Continued prayers for your improving health.

I am also glad that you realize that something was not right with how you were feeling at the Nail Salon. Tiff praying that you continue improving. I’m bothered with low potassium also. Mine began in March 1997 while I was sitting at my desk. My blood pressure kept rising and it reached the 200 mark and my boss called for an ambulance. To this day I have never forgotten that feeling and how scared I was. Hospital personnel take you through a thing asking questions when all you want is help. I am on medication now and yes it has to get into your system which takes a moment and you pray it never happens again. But as you and Mr. Silky knows God will never leave or forsake you. You have work to do and a testimony to share. Be blessed and you are in my prayers ❤️🙏🏾

Tiff, I'm so glad you made it to the hospital safely. I hope your doctor orders a doppel Test where you wear that machine for a couple of days to monitor your heart ❤️ and a stress test. And what ever Test you need to make sure everything is going to be all right. I'm praying 🙏 for you. I hope Today and this day forward your feeling much better. Thank God every day 🙏. My potassium went low during revival at church. I remember telling the lady I was sitting next to that I didn't feel good. After that, I dont know what happened. I open my eyes and saw people standing over me. In the hospital, the doctor said I had a seizure. When your potassium reach a low number, it causes you to have seizures, heartattack, brain damage and kidney issues. Thank God and prayers for you,. His grace and mercy 🙏🙌.

Hi Tiff, I’m so glad you’re doing better. I was watching your vlog doing the ugly cry girl! Im a little older than you, but at 48 in January of 2019 My husband and I were going through a lot of financial problems and had to move into a motel in 2012. We were there for 6 1/2 years. We moved into a house in December 2018. Even though I should have been grateful, I couldn’t get happy, and everything and everybody got on my nerves. Six weeks after I moved in, I had a heart attack. I had to have a stent put in. I was put on potassium for the same reason as you. Im also a type II diabetic, and when we were in a motel I had to make the choice between the room or my medicine. Going without insulin and my other meds basically did me in. We have to take care of ourselves. That look on Silky’s face was the same as my husbands. At almost 52 years old I know what I have to do. God bless you and your family.

Really Tif, certain medication’s can cause low potassium levels also known as hypokalemia, and A-fib also called atrial fibrillation is when the top chambers of your heart is beating so fast that the heart is unable to supply the body properly of blood causing your irregular heartbeats as what you described and can be life threatening. Wow Tif such a scary and deservingly so situation because that is life-threatening. Please continue to follow through with your cardiologist because I’am with Silky, selfishly I can’t bare to lose my crazy 😜 girl, who keeps it real and a comedian at the same time, but on a serious note, I’am glad that you are on the up and up now.
