I guess you do not have a lawyer can not afford one. You need to reach out to the "1st amentment auditing" community. Some of then have contact vith lawyers and might be able to help you. I am a Dane (Denmark), but as far as I can deduce, the only way in America to get accountability, is not with moral and decent upbringing, it is through the court! "Long Island Audit", "James Freeman", etc.
@@civilcivilian I've actually just watched a vid where the same conversation was had. The suggestion agreed by a number of the auditors was to simply find a lawyer at the other end of the state. I don't know US law, but apparently this is the best advice they could offer, having used it successfully themselves. Good luck!
I just got a disorderly conviction overturned on appeal. The kangaroo district court got it wrong when I had representation, I beat it on appeal pro se. Going to be filing a federal suit pro se as well, most lawyers I have spoken to won’t touch a lawsuit unless I was beaten or dead, actually told me the juice has to be worth the squeeze.
I'd be happy to exchange notes. I acted pro se all the way through without any representation. I learned the same thing about local attorneys in my area.

If I understand what you said correctly, there was a trial and then you appealed and the appellate court ordered you get a new trial and the result was a not guilty verdict?
I made a request for retrial from the same Judge who initially presided over the criminal charge. He granted the request and the new judge dismissed it. There is no evidence to support a conviction. So basically, yes.
They bout to learn that the people are tired of their BS and being abused by the system. Theyre quick to holler ignorance of the law is no excuse. The minute a person learns the law and try exercising it, oh they're internert lawyers or on the Internet too much.
That is the plan. I'd prefer legal assistance prior to filing the Federal Lawsuit as a pro se litigant. I'm wondering if filing a civil suit in the state court might be better. The local judge dismissed the criminal complaint after I asserted that all of my words and actions were perfectly legal and protected. My thinking is that a local judge would be forced to find in my favor because of that. The original judge was a visiting retired judge filling in for some reason.

The city will have no choice but to pay for your federal litigation action. Intentional slander by public officials will not be tolerated. The city decided to try and silence public speech at a traditional public forum during the open comment portion of an open council meeting. Since they have no intention of changing their ways, i think you should move forward. They dont thinkbyou will.
That's my understanding. But I have a police report with a cop listed as the victim and another cop listed as the complaintant. However, the complainant also falsely stated in his police report that "other people were in the area shaking their heads." I contested that statement in court and asked to speak with and question the witnesses or have a list of witnesses names. The officer responded he had no list and no witness was in court. I suggested that if I can't question them, they don't exist. The judge wasn't happy that some citizen was taking down a few tyrannical pigs in open court. Judge stopped my questioning and wanted me to explain my defense. I asserted that my words and actions were legal and protected, and my rights were violated. Police are criminals.
This should be enough to get somebody fired if not the chief the officer that sent out the warrant they violated your rights by doing this. You’re right to freedom your rights to expression first amendment through fifth amendment, etc. etc. this should cost somebody their job because it cost you time it cost you money and it cost you effort because of their egos and their bullshitneeds to get fired over this

A police officer cannot be the complainant on Disorderly. Not where I live and I thought federally?
