Oh my gosh, Gina, I made this 5 years ago but my granddaughter came to bead with me and I decided to make 2 more of these beauties. Yes you need to have a grasp on CRAW. Gorgeous!
Love this. Your designs are wonderful. I love how this looks like stones set into a metal band but is made entirely of beads. Thank you for sharing your talents with all of us.
Gina thank you for thos tutorial! After 10 attempts I finally got it right!! (Because I'm a newbie started in December) but I finally got craw and did it!!! ❤❤❤ thank you for sharing such beautiful talent! This is by far the prettiest ring I've seen on YT!
I finally did it! I made two rings yesterday. I think, what may have helped me a lot was I went through all steps at least twice. It helped in keeping the beads in their place. Once again it is a beautiful ring.
This ring is so flippin gorgeous and not too difficult to make once you get the hang of it! Im going to make a couple of them in different colors! Thank you for sharing your beautiful designs with us, you do such a great job!
I have just made this ring and it’s beautiful, I have been trying to learn CRAW for months and months and today I have done it! I am so thrilled Gina thank you so much xx
I am so happy to hear that! I was worried that this one would be hard to follow, the silver beads are hard to see on video. But I am so happy you learned CrAW, it’s one of those stitches that confuses the crap out of you, until you get it, then it’s so simple!
Gina's Gem Creations it’s a fantastic video as all of them are! Just keep doing what your doing xx by the way I made earrings and a bracelet with the same pattern
Oh thanks, I was so worried, it’s hard to see with the silver beads, I made two CRAW videos this week, one yet to be posted, both with silver beads, both hard to see...I will use darker, or less shiny beads next time, but I am happy you liked it!
I just finished one in crystal 3mm bicones and sterling seed beads - and I am obsessed! Now I need to order more 3mm bicones and make one of every color!!!
So pretty Gina❣️ It was YOU that taught me how to CRAW way back when...maybe almost 2 years ago when I made your bangle. Always gotta go thru your floor and then back up to the ceiling which becomes your new floor with my mantra of 3-2-2-1....Gosh I love this stitch and it was you who so patiently taught me. And once I learned it - I never forgot! Now I do multiple rows and split rows and I make so many different shapes. It is such a wonderful stitch to design around!! I made a cool CRAW tool out of 8/0’s (about 6-8 cubes) which acts as a starter tool for any size bead. I never need it EXCEPT for 15/0’s...I have the hardest time holding onto those little buggers! But using the tool gives me something to hold on to and it makes a terrific rope/chain for any necklace!! Thank you so much. Just love the way you teach Gina❣️ And I sure have missed you. Glad to see you’re back and with such a lovely new project!!!
LOL, what a joy to read this comment! I am very happy to know that my videos are teaching and helping people learn. I hesitate to do projects with CRAW because it is so difficult to teach...but it such a rewarding stitch to learn. Like you said, it’s so versatile, wonderful to design with. Thank you for your encouraging comment, made my day👍😁
Wow beautiful. Your so talented and God bless you for sharing it with us. I became sick a year ago and I have no been able to get myself together to start again. But looking at this beautiful ring I'm to try to make it. Thank you for being my inspiration.
I absolutely love this ring but I don’t have a lot of 3mm bicones in my bead stitch. I used 3mm round crystals with 11/0 seeds on the top instead of 15/0’s (but 15’s everywhere else). I got several comments the first day I wore it. Thanks for your willingness to share your designs with us!!
Glad you are back! Love this ring. The colors you choose are gorgeous. I would have like you to show us how to fix the 11-o. I get to a point and find a mistake and would like to fix it. Thank you!!
I just made this one for me and my spouse. I used duracoat champagne 11/0, antique ivory 15/0 and a mix of tanzanite and black diamond (both AB coated) bicones, with smoke fireline. the first one I made with 8lb fireline, but I think with the amount of times I was going back through beads it ended up a bit thick (I accidentally broke one 11/0 on the band), so the second I made with 6lb. It looks amazing. I highly recommend using bicones with a bit of extra shine, since the RAW formation picks up the light really good =)
Hello, I loved the beautiful ring. Please, could you do the tutorial again with other colors of crystals and that color is not appreciated very well. I am a new follower. I hope you can answer me. Thank you very much.
This ring is the perfect size and just the right amount of sparkle. I can use my favorite montana blue bicones now! haha. By the way some of your comments about what some viewers say just crack me up. You're a funny, funny girl :-P
Stunningly beautiful rings! Thanks for sharing your designs : ) Must make one to replace my wedding band, which has mysteriously shrunk in 30+ years! LOL ;-)
@@GinasGemCreations Hee hee... And all this time I blamed it on annual spontaneous precious metal absorption to prepare me for my "golden years" ;-b lol
*Why do the most gorgeous rings (patterns) have to look so very impossible to make!? Is there any way to make it a little more simpler? I don't even want to try.*
Love this ring. I can see a tennis bracelet being made this way without the 15/0 on the underside to fill in and make it curve. Gina do you think that would work? TFS
dear Gina, the name of Swarovski bicones is black diamond ab2x, i am pretty sure because i have got this color, thanks for so many sparkling stunning projects shared with us
Yes, but I then increase the sizes of seed beads too"...in other words, where I use an 11/o, I use an 8/0 instead, where I use a 15/o I use an 11/0 ....
I could not understand the color of the Swarovski bicone in the tutorial. I'm following from Italy I can not follow English very much. Thanks and congratulations
Nanofil is smaller in diameter than Fireline, so you can use a higher test weight, which is stronger, and not worry about filling your beads too much with several passes through them. It is also smoother and does not wear and as easily as you pull it through the beads.
+Anita Henley I understand, it is a confusing one. Try learning craw first. Watch my Bling Bangle tutorial. Once you know the stitch, this will be easier to understand.
Yes I’m still trying to learn to make this ring. I have watched all videos I can find and I can now u/stand how it is constructed. It’s such a beautiful ring that I will learn how to make it!

Well I must say been trying and trying, and for the life of me I can't do it. Maybe I will sometime! Thank you.
Try the Bling Bangle tutorial first, once you get the stitch, it will be easier.
*Why do the most gorgeous rings (patterns) have to look so very impossible to make!? Is there any way to make it a little more simpler? I don't even want to try.*
D Hoosier if you learn CRAW first, and do it several times with larger beads, this one will be easier.
Muchas gracias.
BEAUTIFUL rings!!!!!!
