I hope Colleen gets to experience the infinite diversity that is India - beyond the big metros. Each state and region has its own unique culture, language and way of life. And there is an underlying unity in that diversity. Indian culture also is way way more than Bollywood, samosas, and speaking Hindi!

This is still true, no rickshaws are permitted south of Worli. In fact if my observations are correct, south of worli is the only part of INDIA that has no auto rickshaws.

When I lived in Mumbai, no autos were allowed beyond Bandra!
