Should I undergo a materiality assessments for topics which are directly related to the topics mentioned in EFRAG standards? As I see there is a point in the working draft of "Guideline for double materiality" that if the materiality of the topics stem from EU legislation or policy, it can be disclosed without a materiality assessment.
