Ellen has on the show a father who with his wife as an interracial couple raised hard working sons against the odds of sterotypes. 1 who is an NBA player and 2 who are NBA prospects. On top of that they are entrepreneurs trying to have a family business and start a brand to make money for themselves and their childrens children. They have a mother recovering from a severe stroke that Lavar is helping to rehabilitate and they have a tv show on facebook. Oddly all she wants to talk about are things Lavar has said that go back as far as last year. Sad she can't see the bigger picture for this family and she brings them onto the show just to be condescending. So weird that she tries to tell Lonzo how to treat his own brothers concerning basketball competitiveness.

This is not a simple issue that she does not see the big picture for the family or being conscending towards the Balls. Was completely caught off guard with just how flippantly uninterested Ellen was with them sitting in front of her. She came off as rude and her dislike was tangible. Very poor interview and her utter disregard for it was shown when one, she didn't even have the respect to call the shoe by it's name even after Lavar telling her and two and more importantly, she didn't even know Tina is recovering from a stroke and still trying to find her words. As someone who's watched Ellen for over 13 years now, this was very disappointing but respect to the Ball family for everything they have and are achieving.
