Remember growing up and hearing people say do not lend friends/family money because it'll destroy relationships? I guess the saying goes for donating organs as well. I see people saying Francia shouldn't have donated her kidney. What about Selena shouldn't have accepted the kidney? I wouldn't accept a kidney from a friend. I wouldn't accept it from a relative either. One day my friend or relative might need their second kidney so no, I cannot live with that guilt that I took a kidney from them. I feel like the girls were in a desperate/pressured mode. They were not given enough time to learn about organ donation. Doesn't help that the doctor somehow told Selena before Francia. Remember growing up and hearing people say do not lend friends/family money because it'll destroy relationships? I guess the saying goes for donating organs as well. I see people saying Francia shouldn't have donated her kidney. What about Selena shouldn't have accepted the kidney? I wouldn't accept a kidney from a friend. I wouldn't accept it from a relative either. One day my friend or relative might need their second kidney so no, I cannot live with that guilt that I took a kidney from them. I feel like the girls were in a desperate/pressured mode. They were not given enough time to learn about organ donation. Doesn't help that the doctor somehow told Selena before Francia. I think their friendship is worth saving. Maybe one day in the near future we will see them reunite.

First of, this isn’t a regular whatever drama. It’s about life and death situations with really big stakes at play. Clearly both of them are not on good terms. However, neither Selena or Francia should be subject to gossip and people picking teams. Selena could have done something rly bad to Francis, but even if that is the case you can’t expect her to be in dept or controlled by her donor all her life. It’s a very toxic mentality. Francia can have regrets and this have real hate for Selena, but it can also be unjustified. Like maybe she did it for the wrong reasons, like fame or control over Selena (some friends are obsessive like that). But either way it’s not right for anyone to comment on it and especially not send hate to any of the women.
