    웅와~~~~ 이거 블랙커피랑 먹음 진짜 맛나겠는데요? 전 크로와상 생지가 없어서 그냥 생지로 하려고 내 놓았어요. ㅎㅎ
    그리고 밤에 생지 냉장고에 넣어놓는 거 넘 좋은 아이디어인거 같아요. 👍

      정말 블랙커피랑 딱이죠👍 빵 많이 만들어 잘 활용하시네요!
      날씨가 추워지니 해동이 더뎌 미리 냉장고에 넣어두고 사용하니 편하네요^^

    다음 장보러갈때 크로아상 냉동생지 사오려고 벼르고 있어요!ㅎㅎ 생지 반죽할때 겪는 시행착오 보여주시는것도 넘 좋아요ㅎㅎ 많이 안 녹여야 편하고 많이 녹으면 제이마마님처럼 하면 되니 따라할때 한결 쉽겠어요!>

    생지 펼때 그냥 주먹 내리치고 조물조물 하면 안되나요?

      그래도 되는데 크로와상처럼 결이 살아야 하는 빵은 결대로 펴서 성형해야 결이 살거든요
