I watched this video to see what we did wrong and then I noticed I had to snap that clear piece down and add the small round piece (didn't notice it in my table) but now it works perfectly!
In order to get it to spin you have to have it stand straight up in the air you can't have any lien on it it has to be perfectly straight. Also there's a special way you have to put the lid down on the clean water. My only complaint about it is I like to have a lot of water on my mop head.This mop head barely gets damp
The box seems it's been opened before and .... then resale. Sorry but I have one and it works well on me and the box comes in original no one open it before.
I realized later that I was missing a part. I have since ordered one from Amazon that actually works great. Thank you so much for your advice, I appreciate it.

I just got mine it wasn’t spinning either but as soon as I put water in it then it was fine
