If you're an LPS collector, you've probably come across an LPS from McDonald's that was stuck to their stand. In this chaotic video I show you how I release these poor LPS from their plasticky prisons... and hopefully I don't break any of them 😔

What I did was use scissors and cut just in between the base and pet, big thxs to one of CookieSwirlC vids for showing me. But I digress this is good advice.

Whenever I cut them off the stands I would use the actual pets for custom bases! Considering they're a bit bland and all you can use kneaditite (really good quality moldable clay stuff ig) to add extra stuff!! I find that turning these into original characters/customs is a good idea so maybe you could do that with some of yours! I've seen quite a few of your custom videos and you've improved a lot in your customizing skills! I also think the mcdonalds pets would work good as bases because then if you mess up it's not too big of a deal because its not a *real* lps. Just a few thoughts that I had! Have a great day cecelia!

Omg the armadillo was one of my first pets!!!! I lost it a few years ago and I'm still so sad! It was such a gem and tbh I loved the stand it was on and always used it like a normal pet ❤️

I did this with my parents a few times a longgg time ago. Let's just say after cutting one of them, there was blood everywhere. (Also yes we're all ok lol. Just a lesson of what not to do next time.)

On the last few of the mcdonalds lps, I was about 6, and I wanted the shorthair so bad, then I got her.
Then I cut her off of the stand with scissors, which took half an hour by itself, and ended up cutting open my finger. Bad.
I've had a love-hate relationship with mcdonalds lps.
I used to pry them out with my noodle arms by using pure will and sheer spite, I had the grey rabbit as a kid because I was obsessed with los rabbits(fish and reptiles too but idk)
I used to have these kind of pets, too! My father cut them off the stands for me. I never really liked them, though. I had a squirrel, a giraffe and a duck.

I cut them off with a butter knife when I was little I had two of the squirrels and made one of them into a oc and one weasel/ferret a dog/wolf, a baby puppy and the giraffe

Lol- I always used to ask my grandpa to remove the stands. He builds stuff and he just has a box cutter in his tool box which does the trick.
