Hey David, we appreciate your feedback and we know that our service isn't for everyone. If we could be free, we would be! We charge a small monthly fee (around the price of a cup of coffee) in order to develop our app and introduce new features. For example, in addition to an interactive app and customizable debit card, we just launched an entire 'learn' section where kids can watch videos, take quizzes and learn money skills that will set them up for adulthood - something parents say is priceless. We also use the fee to help absorb costs such as card replacements and foreign exchange for travel amongst others.
