Hello Everyone, Thanks for tuning into Appalachian Anarchy! We appreciate all the feedback and love, but I want to address a few comments labeling our music as AI-generated. I'm the songwriter behind our tunes, very much human, and here to share our story. Appalachian Anarchy began as a recording project. When "Banjo Bloodbath" took off unexpectedly, we sped up releasing our music, which has been both thrilling and chaotic. Our goal shifted from a slow release to sharing our entire album, crafted over nine months, as quickly as possible due to your overwhelming support. Not all of us are keen on being internet personalities; our focus is the music. In the digital age, where fame is often sought after, it’s hard to believe, but some of us prefer staying out of the spotlight. For full transparency, I use a MIDI guitar for complex sections and other instruments whenever possible. As a classically trained guitarist who plays multiple instruments, I strive to capture the sounds in our heads, sometimes at odd hours next to a sleeping baby’s room, using both traditional and digital means. This mix allows us to create without the resources of a professional studio. We dream of doing this full-time someday, but for now, we balance our music with jobs and families. Thank you for being part of our journey, and I hope this clarifies our approach. We’d love to hear your thoughts and hope you continue enjoying our music! Cheers, Appalachian Anarchy
I had a vibe similar to this in my head a few years back, and I was thinking to myself how cool it'd sound together. I have no musical skills myself but I posed the idea to a friend who plays the guitar, and she paused for a moment, looked at me funny, and then had that 'thinking' kinda look and nodded in agreement. Excellent stuff, and I can't wait to see more of what yall cook up!!
I come from the Aussie grasslands where country and classic rock rule the air waves, i cannot tell you how hard this hits or how much i would pay to see it live. Absolute foot stompers!

My family's getting concerned. I've always been a big bluegrass fan, not the biggest, mind you, 'cause I'm just 6' 2" and only 250, but I'm pretty big... and then I found this... and now I hafta add Metal to that description... and then I tapped the Subscribe button, and then the LIKE button... and it was number 666... and I guess I'll be facing an exorcism now... Thanks! Love it! Pickin' and grinnin', with a vengeance...
I, by an awesome twist of fate, ended up playing this at the perfect time for the final note to be played right when the clock turned midnight. The only bad thing about this set is that it ends.
As a Bard with a Magical Banjo i cant thank you guys enough, those songs slap so hard my dnd playgroup having a blast thanks to your masterpieces ❤ and im simply the collest bard ever jahahaha🤘
Idk if anyone's playin any games to this, but I've been running around in my 4x4 truck slinging a pump shotty at zombies on "7 Days to Die", ABSOLUTELY pumped up from this music. Full buck wild and trailing through some rough areas having a blast.
Hey, so... super stupid, kinda embarrassing question: How do you do this? Like, do I just write the time-stamps in this format? Or do I need to click something to have them link like you did? I've been meaning to go in and do this to all the compilation videos, but there's a "old dog, new tricks" mental block in my head, hahaha! - Thank again!
This sounds exactly like what I would hope to find playing at our local Blue Grass Festival here in the Blue Ridge Mountain chain, while chomping on some smoked brisket sandwiches with that Volcano BBQ sauce

listening to this it seems so obvious: its quick-paced, and with the complexity of a barrage of picked notes & upbeat melodic rhythms, blue grass banjo is a perfect fit with metal
That's so awesome to hear! Its funny, kids clearly weren't the "intended" audience, but they all seem to love it. I've got an 8yo as well and she's all about rockin' out to it! And my toddler straight-loses his mind when I play this stuff for him, hahahahaha! He just goes nuts. Anyway, I hope you and your 8yo enjoy this music and 3d art-by-numbers projects for years to come. ROCK ON!
