I think the lady in this video is Cheryl Simon, the author of the book, ‘midnights with mystics’, which is based on her deep conversations with Sadhguru, a lot of what Sadhguru says in this video is a part of that book.
School children should be exposed to such wonderful teachings very early in life and the world may be a happier place.

The hardest part of manifestation is allowing the universal spirit (God) full control. It is human to want to take control of how our situation pans out; but that isn't how it works. I have shed many a tear of frustration over this fact. I am working on it. I am letting go, bit by bit. During this time I will try not to struggle with God in the way Moses struggled with God. Simply because it is a fight I will never be able to win. Just let go and let it happen.

Probably one of the best video I have watched. This video encapsulates the entire Vedanta. SadhGuru has infinite knowledge and knows everything and that is what a realized person has.
Not quite, to be omnipresent would be to know everything future, present and past and everything to come. Sadhguru himzlself never claimed that if it would be the case he wouldnt be living anymore would he? How would he discover new things in life, how would he even enjoy anything id everything is predicted? However you may be right in the sense that he is close to that, he says his perception is much clearer than usual people and sees things much clearer and understands it with wisdom.

He hasn't aged a day. Considering this foutage is from the late 80's maybe beginning 90's. I would not be surprized if he is one of a few Siddha's that still roam the planet today. They can maintain there physical body at any age and form that they please.....

All these people who want to “master their destiny” are (in some way) like this lady - so stressed and agitated that they can’t even see the addictive expression of it in their own body. She is so agitated she can’t even relax her fingers for more than a few seconds at a time.
Perhaps she is a Tony Robbins student who hasn’t yet worked out that while Tony has manifested many things, the guy is an “emotional” expression of the same incredible agitation, stress and frustration.
The only reason people want to manifest some future destiny that is not presently the case, is because they are reacting to what is presently the case. To their current reality. It is never enough. The motivator is not destiny but a reaction to the present.
The present is insufficient for them and yet their reaction to the present (of insufficiency) are the very seeds they are using to “plant” their destiny.
The seeds of stress and frustration will never (and cannot ever) produce the destiny they truly want.
