Hey Julie...I usually used Wagner latex paint extender (Paint Easy) sold at lowes...prevents cracking while drying...I mixed a bit of water too in it...please after mixing let it sit for up to 2 hours...house paint scald when heated...let me know how this works for you...are you living in Canada?
Unfortunately i am in america but i am close to canada i'm in maine. About how much does the extender cost and since its an acrylic paint could i add water?@@CamileAmoyArt
Not a problem don't have torch on a budget so i'm getting just the essentials don't have a big blow dry either using the smallest blow dryer because i'm starting off with small canvases. I haven't tried any painting yet i'm too scared i just keep staring at the canvas trying to get the guts up i'm very critical of my crafts and don't want to be disappointed. @@CamileAmoyArt
I'm still going to subscribe and like your videos and continue watching to see if you do any abstract dutch pours because that's what i'm starting out doing. :)@@CamileAmoyArt
For those who wish to learn a simple how to acrylic pour shouldn't really be so impatient...this is not my usual showing how I apply the base but considering I was using Ready-mixed pouring paints I wanted to show those who needs to know how it's done...please if acrylic Pouring is your thing fast forward to the segment that peeks your interest...thank you for watching and commenting...I do hope you will check out some of my other work ❤🤗
If you wouldn't mind could you fast forward the parts that we don't need to see like putting on the base and spinning it? I stopped watching by the time you got to the point of pouring paints.
Thanks for your feedback Julie...I usually don't show how I apply the base...but since I was using the Ready-mixed pouring paints I thought I would...thanks for watching ❤️
A base is used as a background color as well as a way to push the colors around. Watch in the videos when they move the colors around the base helps the colors to glide and move. I'm a newbie but i hope this helps. @@LindaBB-k7n
Love the colours. Thank you Camille ❤❤❤
Thanks for watching Jeanette....😊❤️❤️❤️

It will be cheaper in the US I paid almost $20 tax in...yes water is fine to thin...avoid Torching by letting it sit atleast 2 hrs after mixing....
