What add on gives you the count down for frigid fog on Vrol (the one that started the 30 second countdown)? It looked like Vrol canceled the fog bc he had to chain you back?
It's an addon made by Floliroy called HowToKyne, it's not available on esoUI but I can send it over Discord if you want (Hyperioxes#2137), yes Vrol canceled fog because I roll dodged fast enough

Hi, insane run. Don't you use immovable potions on 2nd boss? How you handle with stun from fog (not this run but at all).
I roll dodge backwards to the side when fog happens, break free and roll dodge back in
