Actually, it's not from V for Vendetta. "Remember, Remember" is a rhyme here in the UK that is about the attempt by Guy Fawkes to blow up the houses of parliament, and it refers to the 15th as said attempt was made on the 15th of November :)
I find it easier to produce from scratch than to remix. Remixes tie you to a certain structure, and you have to do some awkward changes if you want to mess with that structure.
