hey doll, I've watched all your videos and I enjoyed each one, very detailed and informative and you're so funny at the same time. Please upload more often because I've beeen waiting for an update.
you will get used to it, it’s because you just arrived. i have been in china for 4 years now and all I can say is that you will be ok. About the elevator, stop suffering your self going up the stairs, you can take the elevator, feel free.
Hey babe. I'm a notification gang... 🥰I'm so happy for you. I'll be in Beijing next month. At least, your videos have given me glimpses of what to expect in China. I would like to see your day at school, what you get up to on weekends and how you prepare for work. Cheers
😢 The food part always scares me when I think about travelling out of south Africa. I have the most sensitive tummy yhooo... I'd live on snacks and water 😂
LMAO🤣I remember my first experience. That anxiety I experienced it at Pudong airport in Shanghai. Luckily, I could point the stuff I needed at the shop so it was easy.
That was nice to watch. Do you have teaching experience? I've been applying and struggling to get a teaching job since i only have three months teaching experience
Thank you and Yes. To be honest it's currently a competitive time since borders are open, I know someone that came this side without experience. My advice is continue applying as much as you can, you'll get something eventually 😉
To be honest I don't remember exactly, for now I would estimate about 2k RMB (put into consideration that I'm in a small town + free apartment that had basics). *Above excludes quarantine related costs
Someone who is in Beijing broke down the estimated costs like this: Rent : 5000rmb x 5 (3months in advance rent+admin/agent fee+ 1 month deposit) =*25000rmb* One way flight ticket: 7000rmb Monthly costs for the first month(food and utilities): 5000rmb depending on how you spend. NB. The above figures are just estimations. My advice will be: save as much money as possible, starting from 37000RMB which is R100 000
Hi, I'm Sophie, we notice that you've been sharing your life in China which is amazing! I'm wondering if you'd be interested in working with us to make a video about our product. If yes, what's the best email or WeChat to reach you personally? Thanks
