I just moved into 4 br 2 bath 2 car garage nice yard 60k. House is immaculate. Carpet basement 10 ft ceilings. The pros of living in a boring common wealth where the boogie stays slow but a slow boogie better than no boogie

Sleep paralysis is not paranormal. If it were, SSRI's wouldn't prevent episodes from happening. Not to mention that you can "logic" (as I call it) yourself out of any kind of nightmare, just by questioning yourself in your sleep. For instance, asking yourself if what you're experiencing is real or normal & logical. Then once you realize that you're asleep/dreaming, you can pull yourself out of sleep & wake up. You can get use to, once you start feeling any kind of terror or fear, your brain will start automatically questioning reality leading you to realize what is happening & stopping it. And VOILÀ that's how you stop nightmares.
6:07 I belive in the paranormal but if my home was haunted and I got proof like pictures I'd keep it safe not lose them over time it's awfully convenient that's the reason for alot of stories , never any proof !
If you can't speak being attacked by a demon during sleep paralysis use your mind and call Jesus the demon will release you and pretty soon you'll be able to speak and rebuke them in the name of Jesus don't have no fear they'll feed on it start building your faith
I love mystery stories of all kinds but NO if you have to resort to swearing & vulgar language you need more training. There are far better choices for expressive story telling.

I live in the UK and the price for a 2 Bedroom house starts from 90k up to about 110k for a simple one it's really expensive to buy a home out here
