Vaheguru Ji Ka Khalsa. Vaheguru Ji Ki Fateh. There are lots of resources online to learn Gurmukhi. You can start with Moharni. There is Panth Parkash katha on our channel in English. This is the history taught in every Nihang Batallion that covers tradition too. Naam simran, meditation, teaching Gurbani, horse riding, martial arts and sustainable farming for Langar are all activities undertaken by Nihang Singhs. Practise Sikhi, take Amrit and when ready adopt the Bana and commit to at least some of the aforementioned aspects of the Sikh faith that the Nihang Singhs have preserved. The path is one of serving others and tradition.

My brother in humanity. Thank u for realising nd knowing that addiction is of no use for the human body, spirit nd mind. Thank u for realising that at ur young age . Unfortunately u were born into a family where religion did not play a big part of ur life. And now because of that, u have this natural inclination or feelings to search for the light at the end of ur dark tunnel. U feel lost nd that u do not belong . Please do not give upnd do not blame ur parents. They are who they are . Keep on searching, but my suggestion is to start with the two religions in ur family. Don't let ur parents denying of their faiths , put u in a situation of also denying their faiths. U should be in a better position to actually start from there. Look deeply into Christianity nd understand where ur mother comes from. After that u study nd look deeply into Islam nd know where ur father comes from. Embrace those studies nd then decide logically where u belong . Look at videos from people around the world who have converted or reverted to their present religions. Study videos of scholars of both faiths. Also follow lectures nd debates nd arguments from both of sides . Draw ur conclusions nd come to your own natural conclusion . It will take some time.
