I really like this one Mike. One, it's the last year of the vertical rear window and two, IT'S A MANUAL! YAY! Okay, a couple more pluses. Yes, as to it being white. Yes, as to it having been stroked. The 383 Strokers seem to be the magic number for doing that and they differently sound better and healthier. TheL88 style hood has always been a favorite of mine, and it really works on this car in that there's no false advertising if you will! Too bad the A/C wasn't reinstalled, but that I think will be a bit of job with this engine now having headers. I love the contrasting interior! And last but not least. Back in the day I never liked the luggage racks for these, but now, I'm kind'a glad it has it and I would use it too. But not for strapping down the T-tops though. The engine bay looks totally squared away. If I had to find something, just something that I'd do to this Vette, it would be to have black interior door pulls instead of what it currently has. But they could probably be dyed black. Kudos to the current caretaker owner for getting it to the level that it's at. 👍👍
I found numbers online showing 7,982 built with the 4-speed manual in 77. M40 - 41,231 M20 - 5,922 M21 - 2,060 The M40 is the automatic, either the Turbo 350 with the L48 or the Turbo 400 with the L82. The M20 is the wide ratio 2.64 low gear Borg Warner available with L48 or L82. The M21 is the close ratio 2.43 low gear Borg Warner available L82 only. So a little more rhan 2,000 sold but still thought there'd be more. Damn, automatics were 84% of production!

Nice car 🚗 👌 👍 👏 😎 😀
"Rare" and "4 speed Corvette" cannot be in the same sentence describing a 1977 C3.
There were 46,558 Produced with an Automatic Transmission and ONLY 2,088 4-Speed Manual Transmission. How is that not Rare?
@@WeBeAutosLtd I think you won that point.
