Thanks for watching! If you’re new, hit that subscribe button and stay tuned for tomorrow’s review on the 2022 Nissan Murano S. Unbelievable base model value with a base price under $33k! *CORRECTION:* Since 2019, all Altima’s have came standard with Apple car play and android auto, including this s trim here. It wasn’t listed on the sticker like the rest of the Nissan cars we’ve reviewed on this channel, and the infotainment screen mentions nothing about Apple car play or android auto either so this specific car just needs to be updated, or more likely I made the incorrect assumption haha hope you still enjoy!
Last Year i got a Rental Altima S. At first i was like " yuck" but honestly i was really relaxed in it and i was suprised how comfortable i was. I had a 6 hr drive and it barely even used half a tank..WOW..I had no issue with the power and i only noticed the CVT when i looked at the Tach. Overall its not a bad base model.
Me too!!!!!! I love it, thought I was going to hate the s...but I got it in super black. And for the lowski, broski. Surprisingly quick could be faster can't wait to start customizing
I got the 2022 SR AWD on 19s after having a 2018 for 2 years. I was very hard headed and build my own for $36k. Hopefully I can get a SR 2.0, that’s a beast
I have a 2020 Altima S and for 2022 they no longer have SiriusXM and power drivers seat, Android auto and Apple car play that was standard on my 20? And you have to step up to the higher trim to be able to get what was standard on my trim level? Sorry, no XM would be a deal breaker!
Now are the CVT's terrible or is it the way some people drive I bought a 17 base for uber 120k no problems with mine but I changed my cvt fluid every 40k I would buy it again my 17 got totaled
Foreign cars of that type aren't designed to constantly be pushed to their limits, which people often do. Then they neglect basic dealer recommended services expecting the cars to run forever. My only complaints with my 2018 SR, is one, the low resale value compared to its top competitors; two, options are somewhat sparse at that particular trim level. Other than that, it's been a reliable in town and highway cruiser that's comfortable, spacious, fuel efficient. It also looks good, I'm always getting compliments on it.
Is there any way I can install Apple CarPlay on this vehicle if I’ve already purchased it? The interest rates I was getting on the SV in this market was ridiculously high so I just went with this.
Crazy seeing this and noticing my 2020 altima s has a larger screen and larger screen on dash as well, trajectory lines and CarPlay but this didn’t. Along with multiple other things like ports in the back pockets behind the seats a type c charger in the front. Why the downgrade from 20-22
It’s like they downgraded the car cuz Ik damn the old models like the 2019 till 2021 did not have that small screen in there and the lil screen in the dash
I hate that Nissan downgraded this model. My 2019 S and 2020 S have a power seat, Apple CarPlay/ Android Auto, 7” center screen, and USB C/USB A ports!
@@occckid123 2017. Prices haven’t charged. MSRP very similar. Not counting the dealers taking advantage of people, charging over MSRP. Which someone is just a Fool Buying. Paying over 20k for an entry level car like this is Loo Loo.
Interesting, I just had one of these as a rental over Christmas/New Year’s (base S trim, with the wheel covers, etc), but it HAD Android Auto (and I assume Apple Car Play, as the two are usually bundled together). Can this be added as an option? Or do the rental companies have access to special configurations or something?
You guys are both right. The s trims come with Apple car play and android auto (at least they’re supposed to) it’s just that this is the first Nissan on this channel that didn’t have it listed as a feature on the window sticker. The screen itself also didn’t show any signs of it being present lol maybe it needs an update, but I think I was just incorrect. Once your phone is plugged in, there should be Apple CarPlay or android auto.

It’s the yuck for me lol
Thanks for this video. I just got the 2022 Altima SV after driving 2017 sentra turbo for 5 years. This Altima is a comfortable beast.
I just brought my 2022 Nissan Altima S this morning it’s the same color ❤️❤️❤️they delivered it to me
Are there enough options at the S trim level?

I hope it’s a great car for you. We rented a 2020 in Florida and it drove so nice.
The 2019 model has a bigger driver front screen l

So I made a good decision by getting the 2020 model that does come with Apple CarPlay, Sirius XM radio and the larger screen on the dashboard.
I’m thinking of buying one how well has it been driving one? I fear the transmission being an issue for me if I buy it
@@bigppligma8197I’m buying one tomorrow, you just need to make sure you take care of your car & keep to fuel up
I love my 2022 nissan altima sv! Pearl white!!
One year ago today! I might try to buy one.
Why do I need to pay a destination charge when the car was coming there anyway?
Your making me want an Altima SV! 😍
This still my 1st used 22' Nissan Altima bro.
I have a 2019 SL and I want to upgrade to the 2023

Hi Will. Does this Altima S come a spare tire???? Thanks for your reply. Appreciate it 👍.
So this one don’t have Apple CarPlay ?

i am really worried with S because it doesnot have navigation. Any idea how can i upgrade. Is it possible?
I believe you can take it back to the dealership and ask for it to be upgraded
Does it have carplay?

Should get lower price. We negotiated our Forester Premium barely a grand more than the MSRP on the Altima. 20k, maybe.
And when did you buy that brand new subaru forester premium?

Are you kidding .., no hydraulic arms for that hood ? ? ? NISSAN SUCKS ‼️
Nissan uses a mainly aluminum suspension unlike others, so I think it's a good tradeoff. Only time most go under the hood is to add washer fluid.
@@trent7080 really?? No one is going to check the OIL LEVEL??
Yeah, when I opened the hood on my k5. I was pleased to see hydraulic hood struts. No PROP!

Those Do Fail. Prop does not. Im glad my 15 XB lacks that.
