I was searching TH-cam for live video of a popular Latin singer and came across a video posted by the guitarist in his band. He toured with the singer for several years and seemed to be practically a regular member.
But his position was in the back corner of the stage with no lights.
I felt bitter that he treated his session men like nothing more than musical instruments.
It's nice to see Dani treating his crew with respect.
