So I’m going to buy 4 of the Ruger mags. Hands down. I can’t imagine having those jams if u were in need of very important firing etc. Unbelievable and very informative. Thanks big dog.
If you file down that little magazine release tab that sits behind the spring, just a little, it will push that spring forward a hair and make your magazines sit more flush with the barrel when feeding.
I just bought a Winchester wildcat rifle That takes 10-22 mags. And the damn thing runs every kind of mag. I bought the 32 round pro mag with low hopes. Runs like a top. Put the same magazine in my friends 10-22. Stove pipe central. I wouldn’t say the Winchester wildcat is a better rifle than the Ruger. But it definitely is more reliable.
I had this stock kit. Honestly it's nice and looks cool but the novelty actually wore off for me. It's kind of a hoot with an Airsoft Carry handle Sight. I just didn't like how it turns a 10/22 into something heavier than an AR lol. It's crazy Promag can make something so well built, but they can't get magazines right. I honestly wish they left the fake safeties off, they kinda mess with ergonomics. It's a pretty cheap way to get something G36 Esque without spending $3000+, real accessories are either expensive/rare/limited but most airsoft accessories will fit. For example if you choose to SBR the 10/22 you could use a G36C handguard with it. The biggest issue though is the height over bore (Europeans love chin weld)
It's definitely mostly for the fun factor and the ergonomics. I wish they had at least molded the safety in the safe position. I don't have any experience with their other mags but I haven't heard anything good.
Anyone know how to get the fake flash hider off that is pinned on the barrel? I don't like it..may put back on the original stock and sell the Nomad...

Is the feeding issue because of the stock or the aftermarket mags?
The failures are not because of the pro mag kit, that´s the rifle by itself

Definitely not over the 556 g36c because of ballistic performance and what have you but it's a very fun gun for a replica that won't break the bank

Did your Ruger barrel have iron sight? If yes how did you remove it.
My original barrel did. You can drift the sights out with a punch.
Would this fit a Rossi rs22? The magazines for the rossi rs22 are different than the ruger 10 22.

If you're trying to keep it out of the hands of kiddos I'd recommend a hard case that you can lock.

I'm not familiar with that rifle, but I don't believe this will fit anything other than a 10/22 or one of the various copies.
