My mum and dad divorced when I was 13 and I went to love with my mum. She was very depressed and overate. What she ate, I ate. I ended up 85kg at 16. I decided to start playing tennis, walk to school and stop eating crisps and drinking soda. I lost 25kg over about 18 months. I was pretty stable until something really upset me in 2018 and my weird dropped to 54kg. I'm now back at around 60kg. I get that weight is relative. It's what you are used to. I do think that not smoking will have had a massive impact on your weight and ability to maintain it. I think just trying to get exercise in your everyday life is the best way to maintain weight. And finding filling but healthy foods and snacks.
WOW thank you so much for sharing it with me. I really enjoy to get to know the people beside the perfumes. That's amazing that you managed to lose and keep the weight off and really motivates me. I'm so embarrassed to admit I never played Tennis 🙈 it sound fun. Do you play to this day? I will def try to find some exercise that I like and go back to my old eating habbits (I used to cook almost everything from scratch, and quite "healthy"). It's like everything is so tasty now that I don't smoke, plus I had many "pass the time" cigs and joints and they had no calories. Now it's Dessert after something sweet and maybe even ice cream after that. Plus all these gourmand fragrances just makes me hungry, so it doesn't help, I need to get into floral scents😸😸🧡🧡🧡🧡
You do look amazing. Is true, our emotions take a toll on us physically and psychologically. Sorry to hear about your cat, was with you for so many years.
Congratulations on quitting smocking, is very hard to break a habit. Good luck with reaching your weight goal in a health way. You can do anything you put your mind to.
Well first I commend you for this real and honest video ❤️ I can definitely relate with you on many levels, first I will be positive and let you know that you are beautiful second don’t be so hard on yourself I am past 40 and cannot Lose the 20 pounds I’ve gained I totally understand the struggle BUT I won’t give up I just started an exercise routine that works for me I don’t like strenuous or ridiculous high energy workouts maybe finding something you enjoy will make it easier and less of a challenge you already did the most difficult thing and that is not smoking! (Weed included 🤣) you can overcome this if you put that same energy as you did to quit after so many years! You got this boo you just need support ✨ us woman go through so many changes we sometimes just need a moment to listen to our bodies ❤️ this is real stuff and I may not know you personally but I can relate so here for you if you need motivation 🤗
Thank you so much🧡🧡 I definitely need to try some exercise (I used to run and did half a marathon a few years ago but even then I hated running, I did it just to prove to myself that I can). I tried a few things (pilates, go for walks) but after (not long) I get bored and quit..😪 In the past I used to eat "better" (I cooked pretty healthy), but in the last two years I sarted to buy "junk", sauces and what not and that is the main problem. I easily overeat and the food I used to cook sound so bland to me now, like I had it for way too many times. I never thought that this junk is addictive but now I see it is. Thank you so much for listening and your kind words, I will definitely want you for inspiration and motivation on this journey We got this!🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
I quit smoking and drinking as well. I gained over 60 lbs since the pandemic. I was bulking and working out so that contributed. Get an elliptical machine to do cardio a ew times a week. It's easy on the knees unlike jogging.
strength training. weights.. and jogging a bit. walking. strength and walking. WEIGHTS + WALKING + One meal a day, you'll be even more amazing. You're beautiful and you can do it!! Vaping instead of smoking or better yet, screw it no smoking and no vaping if you wants.
Thank you so much, since I made this video I've lost 10 Kilos (I think it's something like 20+ lbs) I do need to start training more tho 😸😸 Thank you so much and have a great week
